Product description
Three documents govern a session here, and most arguments turn out to be about which one applies. This page is the account agreement. Each campaign carries its own conditions on its own card. Each game carries rules written by the provider that built it, and those are the ones that settle a round.
So this is not the only wording that binds you. Where a campaign card, or the wording you accept at registration, says something different about that campaign or that account, theirs is the version that counts. Playing on after an update means you have accepted it.
These terms set out who may hold a TAB66 account, how money moves in and out in ringgit, what a bonus locks up until its wagering is finished, and where a provider’s decision on a game round ends and ours begins.
Who may hold an account
- You must be at least 18 years old, and older where the law that applies to you sets a higher age. You confirm your age at registration.
- Register under the name your identification carries, in that spelling. Verification and payouts are both matched against it, which is how anti-money-laundering rules work at any licensed operator.
- Play for yourself, with money that is yours. Money sent from somebody else’s card or wallet is what payment providers call third-party funding, and it is one of the commonest reasons a payout stalls.
- Your own position under Malaysian law is yours to judge. Malaysia issues no online casino licences to anybody, TAB66 holds a Gaming Curacao licence issued in Curacao, and the 1953 statutes usually quoted were written about physical premises. How they apply to online play is not settled, Malaysian authorities do act against online gambling, and nothing here is legal advice. The legal position page sets it out.
Money in and out
- Minimum deposit: MYR 30, the same figure on every method.
- Currency: MYR from deposit to payout, never converted.
- Wallet: one ringgit balance behind all nine categories, so nothing is moved between sections.
- Funding instrument: yours, in your own name.
- Identity: normally checked once, at your first withdrawal. Later payouts usually skip it, though a check can be asked for again if your details change or a payment needs one.
- Approved withdrawals: sent within 5 minutes. When the money then appears is your bank’s or wallet provider’s timing, not ours.
Bonuses and wagering
A wagering requirement is a volume of bets to place, not a profit to reach: 10x on MYR 100 means MYR 1,000 staked, whatever the balance does on the way there. Categories get weighted because they do not cost the house the same. Banker in baccarat carries a house edge of about 1.06%, while slots as a class give up several times that and each title publishes its own figure in its information panel. A requirement that counted both alike could be turned over with almost nothing at risk. Four lines on a campaign card decide what clearing one will actually cost you:
- The multiple, and whether it is applied to the bonus alone or to the deposit as well.
- Which categories count towards it, and at what rate.
- Any maximum stake that applies while the requirement is still running.
- The window it has to be finished in.
Read the weighting list on the card for the games you actually open. The rates differ between campaigns, and the card is what that campaign runs on, not this page.
Rounds, conduct and who settles what
| Situation | Who decides | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| A round is disputed | The provider, from its own server log | We take your round ID over and pass its answer back to you |
| Your connection drops mid-round | The provider server, which finishes the round without you | The outcome lands on your balance when you sign back in |
| A game genuinely malfunctions | The provider, which voids the round | Your stake returns to your wallet |
| A title is retired or in maintenance | The provider | We tell you which of the two it is and what is nearest on the shelf |
| Bets placed by software, or a dealer abused | TAB66 | The account is suspended while it is reviewed |
Share your login and every bet placed on it stands, because nothing in the provider’s software can tell that the hands were not yours. Tell support the moment you think somebody else is inside the account, on live chat, WhatsApp or Telegram at any hour, and it can be locked while that gets sorted out. Where a decision goes against you, say so plainly in chat first, then use the complaints procedure.
Questions about this listing
Can I withdraw while a bonus is still wagering?
You can ask. The promotional money and anything traced to it normally comes off first, and your own remaining balance is released. The card for that campaign is where it is spelled out.
Do all 57 providers count the same towards a requirement?
No. Each campaign prints which categories count and at what rate, because a low-edge table game and a slot spin are not the same risk to the house. Rates differ between campaigns, so read the card in front of you.
My connection dropped mid-spin. Is the stake lost?
No. The round finished on the provider server and the result is applied to your balance when you sign back in. The history panel inside the game shows it.
Can I use one balance across the sportsbook and the slots?
Yes. All nine categories draw on the same ringgit wallet, so nothing is transferred between sections.
How do I close my account?
Ask support on any channel and whatever is free in the balance is paid out. If you want the break to hold, ask for a self-exclusion instead of a closure, and get the confirmation in writing before you leave the chat.
This page and the wording I accepted at registration disagree. Which one counts?
The operator’s own wording, and the campaign card for anything to do with a campaign. This page explains those documents in plain English. It does not replace them.
