8. Dormant Accounts
If an account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for a continuous period of 12 months, it will be classified as “Dormant.” TAB66 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the remaining balance of dormant accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be permanently closed.
9. Amendments to the Terms
TAB66 reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these T&C at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing international gaming laws and standard industry practices, tailored for operations serving the Malaysian market.
